By accessing or using giftsofgenesis.com (the “Site”), placing an order, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Use. All products are handmade and unique; slight variations in appearance, color, or size may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud. All content, images, and designs on the Site are owned by Gifts of Genesis and may not be reproduced without written permission. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Shipping Policy
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping times are estimated at checkout and typically range from 3–7 business days for domestic orders, depending on the carrier.
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs issues once the order leaves our facility. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit and we are able to confirm it was not delivered (via tracking and carrier investigation), we will reimburse you with a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Once an item has been scanned as delivered by the carrier, it is no longer our responsibility—any claims for non-receipt after delivery confirmation must be handled directly with the carrier.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted no-questions-asked as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and components intact. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days via email or our contact form. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. returns only). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees) to your original payment method. International returns are accepted but return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Custom or personalized items are final sale unless defective.
